Several cast members of ‘The Real Housewives of New Jersey’ have been named in a lawsuit which accuses Chris Manzo, Albie Manzo, Chris Laurita and others of stealing the ‘BLK’ Water concept.
As RHONJ fans know, the Manzo brothers were seen developing their new BLK water brand on Season 3.

According to the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles on December 15th, a Canadian design company (Creative Thinkers) is accusing the ‘Housewives’ stars, Jacqueline Wilkie and Louise Wilkie of stealing their “Blackwater” concept. It appears the Wilkies (not to be confused with the Wakiles) had an agreement with Creative Thinkers to bottle their BLACKWATER(TM) specialty product. Creative Thinkers claims the Wilkies stole their idea and went into business with the Manzos and Lauritas instead.
In 2009 Creative Thinkers entered into an agreement with the Wilkies in which they agreed to keep information about the specialty water confidential. The Wilkies on the other hand claim that they developed the idea after witnessing the water heal their sick mother.
The lawsuit accuses the reality stars and Wilkies of trademark infringement and breach of contract.
