Death Of ‘Real Housewives’ Husband Delays Another Series

It seems the tragic death of Russell Armstrong, estranged husband of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star Taylor Armstrong, has delayed another series. ‘Real Housewives of New York’ cast members say the original film star-date of September 5th, Labor Day, was postponed to September 8th and has now been delayed even more — by three weeks.

Russell Armstrong’s body was found last weekend hanging from an extension cord in his friend’s home. Taylor Armstrong was in the process of filing for divorce and was set to meet with Russell earlier in the day before discovering his body.

Bravo has reportedly pushed back the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ premiere date so the production crew can re-edit parts of the show.

This shake up has postponed the ‘Housewives of New York’ cast from meeting their new cast mates. One cast member is quoted as saying “The New York cast is certainly whacky but [for] the most part, we are all mentally stable which has to be a bigger priority at the moment than making crazy TV.” It looks like one thing is for certain, there will be at least one addition to the new RHONY cast.

This also means the ladies have to keep quite about the upcoming season. No one knows who has been invited back and who has gotten the boot. Several Cast members have been invited on shows to give juicy behind-the-scenes details. One cast member says “But before we do that we want to see who is not going to be invited back. Those that are, are not about to bite the hand that feeds them.”
