Jersey Shore’s Deena Will Not Face Criminal Charges in Drunken Street Dance

Deena Cortese, one of the stars of MTV’s Jersey Shore, can breathe a sigh of relief today. The self described “meatball” avoided criminal charges today after being arrested last month for disorderly conduct (among other things) while filming Jersey Shore Season 6.

In court prosecutors only charged her with “failing to use the sidewalk”, dropping the disorderly conduct charge. After pleading “guilty” Deena was ordered to pay a $139 fine and then let go.

Jersey Shore is still filming Season 6 but should be wrapping up soon.
